Hollyhill Tempest Dinnerplate Part of her charm isHollyhill Tempest is a FUN dahlia as well as a giant one! She soars above all the other dahlias in my patch, even with the bare minimum of staking. Her whimsical wavy petals with variegated stripes and rich plum fuschia coloring make it a delightful one to arrange. Some of the blooms will sport solid maroon. As with most super large dahlias, Hollyhill Tempest is a late season bloomer but what a fun surprise to be stopped in my tracks when this
