Romania Education Alliance (R.E.A) is an ambitious, collaborative hub, designed to bring together meritorious, thriving private IB schools in Romania’s major cities. The national and international K-12 schools joining the REA Network must demonstrate successful operational and financial practices, generate a visible positive impact on the lives of students, parents, teachers in their communities, as well as exemplify an innovative leadership team in action. Their mission moving forward will be to cooperate to achieve undeniable progress, added value and synergy in the private education sector in Romania and, by doing so, to become high performing and representative in the global education arena.

About Morphosis Capital
Morphosis Capital Cooperatief UA is a private equity fund established in 2018 by four Romanian entrepreneurs, Simona Gemeneanu, Gabriela Dumitru, Dragos Petre, and Andrei Gemeneanu. The fund aims to contribute to developing and transforming Romanian SMEs. The European Investment Fund (EIF), the leading financing platform for European SMEs, co-financed through the Regional Operational Programme, is the anchor investor in Morphosis Capital. Morphosis Capital invests in high-growth Romanian companies from sectors such as FMCG, niche healthcare, technology, and B2B services, which have a strong potential for international expansion and an EBITDA of a minimum of half a million euros. Morphosis Capital’s portfolio includes DocProcess, Medima Health, EMI, Cronos Med, and Stay Fit Gym. In 2023, Morphosis made its first exit by selling its minority stake in Dr Leahu Dental Clinics to Regina Maria.
