In light this loose pigment shows off hits of sparkle into a silky soft orange shine at the same time glowing vibrantly under black light! Electrics can be applied wet with our Glitter Base or pressed on dry over primer. MUA = @AlexandraClare PRO TIP: use a white shadow or eyeliner base to brighten shade. This formulation
