Hoagy Carmichael 205 Fly Rod 7'6" 3/2 #5 8' From the shop of notedAn exquisite Hoagy Carmichael fly rod, model 205, a 7'6", 3 piece, 2 tip rod built for a #5 line. Serial # I 76 1, indicating a 1983 build date. This has a medium fast action and has been very lightly used. Blonde cane with a spiral node pattern. Excellent varnish with no scratches or scuffs or hook digs. Original super Z ferrules with the round super Z logo. Dark brown wraps at the ferrules and tip tops, and light brown at the guides with an edge
