50’s Black Pixie Tassel Hat by Gage 50s wool skirt measures 14“ from top of1950's pixie style hat. Fabric is a soft black velour with a hint of white like a very very faint tweed. Pointed crown holds 3 tassels held on with silver cord. Interior is finished with the standard ribbon. Hat is wired just above the edges to hold shape.
