80s/90s Blue Silk Hand Painted Batik Skirt By KOOS VAN DEN AKKEN 1930s jewelry You get some FAB butDescribing this skirt in words is going to be a challenge, so please peruse the photographs for the best description. The top two thirds of the skirt is a beautiful royal blue silk taffeta that has been hand painted in gold. The bottom third is white silk with gold embroidery that appears to be a traditional Indian design, but it shows only at the very bottom inch of the skirt. On top of the Indian silk are strips of golden silk and patches of cotton
