Amazing nineties long skirt with deep slits style the sides. Very dark navy, almost black. Brand new with original tag, was part of a set. Brand is I. N. San Francisco. Size 5, fits like a current day Small to Medium. Waist 28, hips 38, length 41, slit length 20. Polyester spandex so it has a little stretch. Pair with converse, high tops or heels, such a versatile piece!
