70’s White Red and Green Fringed Lace Ruffle Dress blue slip This necklace is from theMeasures 17 across the shoulders, 44 through the bust, 22 to 34 at the waist (elastic), 48 through the hips and length is 53. Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 17. This doesnt have sleeves per se but the cape collar can cover the upper arm if worn on the shoulders. Pulls on with no fastenings; full skirt and elastic waist will help you get into it; has elastic around neckline as well so you can wear it off the shoulders and fringe trim.
