It has a deep ruffled panel in the lower part of the skirt trimmed with a smaller ruffle at the hem and cross over V neckline. The dress is designed to look like a bias cut but it does not have the stretch that you would get if it was actually cut on the bias so please note there is very little to no stretch to this dress.
