50's White to Gray Tulip Border Circle Skirt by California Hand Prints deco fur clip Zips up and hook fastenVintage 1950s California Hand Prints Tulip skirt. Gorgeous full circle skirt. Made of 2 border printed panels. Metal zipper & hook eye closure. The print is very vibrant! Waist: 27 Sweep: Full circle Length: 28. 5 Condition: The skirt was missing a waistband & closures. Vintage cotton waistband & vintage metal zipper have been added (waistband is slightly whiter.). A few faint yellow marks, very hard to see. One small flower on the back is lighter.
