Higure is the sole Ninja who can both grant evasion to his subordinates AND generate reliable card advantage with his own attacks
What makes this so good is that you only need a dork of a power four or more to work, so every Commander with it should toss this in, as welk as in ones that pump your Commander's power like auras, equipment or Voltron
Sadly he doesnt benefit from his own effect, which would have softened the blow of paying six mana for a 3/3 somewhat, but that doesnt stop him from being a great top-end to an aggressive deck
