Instead it focuses on the original 151 Pokemon from back in the 90s and theres some beautiful cards to collect, including Kadabra which hasnt been in a set for many years due to complicated legal reasons

If you control no tapped artifacts when the triggered ability resolves (perhaps because they were destroyed or had vigilance), no damage will be dealt and you won't scry

This does a bunch of little things, and I think they add up enough to make this a decent card
