As always, this review is based on my initial impressions of the cards

Cards with hexproof, shroud, indestructible, protection, and ward are notoriously difficult to remove from the battlefield

Players can see what a deck may look like with specific cards and if it will work out for their personal strategies

The current set is Attack of the Vine (July 24, 2026, the 13th set, with Monsters Inc, Up, and Turning Red glimmers), and the post-rotation Core Constructed meta is led by Amber-paired decks: Amber/Emerald Elinor and Amber/Ruby Boost

Cards like Arthur, Wizard's Apprentice and Madam Mim, Fox are perfect for returning cards to your hand, and they're also of the Amethyst ink type
