Certainly, a 5/5 trampler for with a notable triggered ability is nice, but sometimes that drawback can be a boon, such as if you also have an Orchard Warden on the battlefield and you get to gain life when Unstoppable Ash enters the battlefield as well as gain life when it leaves the battlefield since the Treefolk you exiled will return to play

Sadly enough, Sanji hasnt seen much of it himself
