Thats huge because it lets you stop fast combo decks before they run away with the game, even when you have 0 mana open

There are lots of EDH decks that operate along those lines, like Rielle, the Everwise or Nath of the Gilt-Leaf

Since those cards are exiled and you will eventually, hopefully, cast some of them, you might want to include some cast from exile synergies with cards like Flaming Tyrannosaurus
