Even more so that this can happen the first turn
You force them to spend multiple removal spells on the card before being able to damage you again, which results in huge resource losses for decks that heavily depend on them
Also, an honorable mention goes to Abeyance, which doesn't look like much today, but its original wording basically made it a mono-blue Time Walk back in 1997
That said, it's clear what this card is for - enabling land strategies that want specific cards on the battlefield but can't fetch them in more traditional ways, such as through actual fetchlands
