This is a build-around card that needs a particular commander, like this sets Magus Lucea Kane, The Swarmlord, or just an old classic like Animar, Soul of Elements

It allows you to fire off a bounce spell in the early game, and then once you unlock the Locker Room side, you get a Reconnaissance Mission-style effect
