If a permanent enchanted with an Aura that has totem armor would be destroyed by multiple state-based actions at the same time (most likely because a creature with deathtouch has dealt damage to that creature greater than or equal to its toughness) totem armor's effect will replace all of them and save the creature
For your first few drafts, just take the card that looks the most interesting and powerful to you and don't kill yourself over the details (that part comes later in your drafting career)
Both of us have an extensive number of decks in paper, but I was pleasantly surprised to see not much overlap between us, which I think is a testament to how many options there are for commanders in the format, and just how much individualism can manifest in choosing which legend to build around, not to mention particular card choices for each deck
Instead, it only gains flying when you lose life during the turn (and gains vigilance too)
And when they deal damage through combat, you get to draw a card
