I suspect this is driven by the advent of the mythic rare, the foil, the alternate art, the etched, and all the other alternate printings Wizards of the Coast has created
For new players, this certainly looks exactly like drawing cards, but you're not drawing cards unless the effect literally says draw. Narset, Parter of Veils is a good example of this difference
This means you can't fill your deck with wheels and machine-gun your opponents with discarded lands
Warriors Whether or not to include warriors in this list started out as a no-brainer, but after playing the deck my first thought was that I should drop all of the Warriors in the 99 and load up with removal and boardwipes
This should see more play than it does and should be good, people just don't seem that into it
