Fan-Made Cards is an unofficial name used to refer to a group of cards that were originally designed by fans, and have been featured in the anime, made playable in certain video games, and/or printed as official OCG / TCG cards
Keeping a counter spell up for your opponent's commander means you've not only disrupted their plans, but you can either cast something else for free or add a card to your hand
Its name echoed alongside that of Triskelion, which together formed the dreaded 'Mike & Ike' combo
If you're looking to collect this card, the blues and purples in it are set apart from the darker colors of the cave-like setting and the bright, dazzling light that makes the hat look like it's glowing
If you have another copy of the card in your collection in your designated language, you wont see your special language card in the lineup
But I will say this one is closer to the format of the new Campaign boxes vs the old versions (and thats really good thing)
