Just bait it into blocking or attacking, turn it into a 0/1 and it will likely die in combat
When played right, this card is an automatic win the game button
With the owned Pokmon that were expecting to see making a comeback in Battle Partners, having Team Rocket-owned Pokmon arriving, just a month later in Japan, would not only be a massive hit of nostalgia for old school Pokmon fans, but itd make an awful lot of sense to have these two classic, long dormant Pokmon types returning together
The price you pay for the resulting effects would be very expensive if attached to an instant or sorcery spell, but seeing that they are attached to a creature and can be activated repeatedly and at instant speed, the additional price seems a bit fairer
Afterwards, you can use cards like Risk Factor or Experimental Frenzy to finish the game off
The Twinflame Tyrant deals double damage to any opponent or permanent that the opponent controls, which is already excellent on its own
