There are no special abilities to speak of, and the cards stats run straight down the middle

The downside is that it can be really hard to gain any advantage if you cant get damage onto their characters without making bad trades (losing a powerful character of yours for a cheap one of theirs) or without completely banishing them

Our game is fairly welcoming and easy to pick up for typical TCG fans, but it's still a different type of game than most of those types of folks have played before, right
