If the RNG is in your favor with Jigglypuff early on, youll have enough time to prepare at least two attack lines (preferably with Articuno and Wigglytuff ex) to steal some points in the late game
Wrath effects that you have some control over sculpting are in high demand in MTG, particularly given the current overabundance of targeting protection through Ward, so Wrath of the Skies is sure to be a hit
My usual deck was a nice Psychic one with a lot of damage counter manipulation courtesy of Gengar's Curse, I seem to recall
Oh, and Loot combos with Deadeye Navigator if you have enough mana at the start of the loop
Three mana is a lot, but four damage is a large chunk of the opponents life total, making it a consideration for burn decks in lower powered formats
