Impulse gets you through your deck quickly, allows you to quickly search for an answer to an impending problem, and does it all so effectively that almost any blue deck capable of running Impulse in any given environment has done so without hesitation
Getting to four or five power on a single creature is difficult, and its even more difficult to churn out multiple times to keep Crewing your Vehicle
While I'm not sure what that has to do with anything I'm talking about, I'm sure it would explain why none of the cards work well together
I dont think you could do any less as a primary effect and still justify the cardboard
As long as its your turn, each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard has flashback
