The reprints are cards from the games earliest expansions that would have otherwise rotated from the Core Constructed format
I'd say this an elfin good deal for the price
If you meld it, you get a powerful value engine in Mishra, Lost to Phyrexia

While this isnt as good in the late game as something like Coat of Arms, its much better early on, and you dont need to have an army to make them all big and scary
