We have seen control decks get away with barely any two-mana counterspells for a while now, but that doesnt mean they didnt need it
I didn't bother to set up a command zone or locations for each player's graveyard, exile, etc
Code cards and energies are not considered bulk and do not count towards your count
Moving Energy away from an opponents Active Pokemon is a solid way to slow down a set-up deck and it can prevent heavy-hitting Attacks, too
