Thats due to both the cards use as a Commander and its rarity, especially in that classic late 90s FF7 art style

I doubt this will replace Abrade, especially with both cards being legal in all the same formats including Standard, but I would probably just play the weaker version for the memes

Both versions of the card show him with Exalibur, a scroll, a crown, and a clock, but the Enchanted version gives him a more dynamic pose as he hefts the oversized sword aloft
