As someone very committed to playing Dimir -A total of 5 of my 11 currently assembled decks - my opponent casting Laquatuss Disain and Grip of Amnesia would be tough decisions to make on my end, since the graveyard is essentially my second hand

Eye of Ugin makes a deck like this worse, don't play it

Probably all of them in a creature-centric black EDH deck

We can build our Raphael decks to generate lots of Ping Devils

Command the Storm can kill almost anything, but five mana is a hefty cost (and unlike Deadly Visit, Command the Storm doesnt provide additional advantage and can be blown out by combat tricks)
