with old strong tie for hanging

At some point along the way it lost a chunk of one ear

It's the combination of photo with the caption on the back that makes this for me though: Mt Rushmore, 1940. Ha. Perfect. 3 7 8 x 3 7 8 and in good condition, glossy. Light folds to a couple far corners.
