Distilled in October 2002 and matured for 18 years in an Ex Canasta Sherry Butt. This release was then bottled up in April 2021 at 48. 4% abv. The palate offers a thick liquorice and marzipan body with delicate floral notes on top. The finish is long delicate and complex. A very intriguing single cask whisky.
