Charming Old Etched Cutout Brass Seal with Ball limited edition print plus usefulI don't know the maker of this, but I think it's just fabulous, and looks to be quite an old one, perhaps once part of a circus set. One one side there is old red paint on the ball balanced on this nose of this seal, but if the other side was painted it has long since worn off. The seal looks to be brass, etched with details on flipper and face, mounted to a heavy metal base with a hammered pattern. Super charming. 4 7 8" t x 2 1 4" w x 1 1 16".
