As the name suggests this is an absolutely classic expression of Argentinian Malbec and it comes from Kaiken, who are a sustainability minded producer based in Mendoza. The grapes were hand harvested and transported in 300 kilo batches, and once in the winery, individual berries were carefully selected. The juice was fermented in small tanks,
