participants will take their shaped pasta home

this will be sent by mail and it is not for pick up in Healdsburg

Prior experience with yeasted doughs and lamination is helpful but not required

Participants will take home up to two servings of your own handmade pasta to freeze or cook within 24 hours

Simply using flour and water (no egg!), we will learn to create delicious pasta in a variety of classic shapes including fusilli, cavatelli, pici, and more. We will discuss flour options, proper cooking technique, and suggested sauce pairings.
