Crazing to the glaze all over as well dark spots here and there

they remind me think a bit of Constructivist sculpture and even more so of the costumes in Oskar Schlemmer's Bauhaus Triadisches Ballett (Triadic Ballet)

but I sure love to look at them

held in place by clusters of fat nails

(And I think it could be situated in the tradition of Shigaraki ware--rugged

The paint of the bold pink rose on this one sent a fair amount of oil bleed onto the farm drawing on reverse, but a really great rose I this it is! 7 3 4" x 5 1 4".
