Black Spotted Silk Bonnet, White Lining and Trim 1930s I made this dress to"A black spotted silk bonnet linen in white." Pennsylvania Evening Post, October 15, 1776. Our recreation of the bonnet described above. Black "spotted" silk taffeta bonnet with soft white silk taffeta trim. Bonnet caul is lined is a white lutestring silk. Has a drawstring at the back of the caul that allows for some adjustment in fit. Made from our standard size Larkin and Smith 18th Century Bonnet Pattern. Bonnet will be shipped in a box to avoid
