R.L. Winston Bamboo Rod 8'6" 2/2 #5/6 7'2" made in 1973For sale here is a San Francisco era R. L. Winston bamboo rod 8'6" 2 2 for a 5 or 6 weight line. Marked 4 3 8 oz. Actual weight 4. 45 oz. Serial no. 9525. Doug Merrick era. Excellent original condition with one exception, one of the tips has a repair wrap 3 1 2" long at the tip top. Also, that tip top has a pink dye on it presumably to distinguish the tips from one another. The pink should be removable. All sections are full length and straight.
