but then it was a delight to discover a few small drawings and crayon coloring on some of the geometric shapes scattered across its pages

Plus holes at the upper corners and fading and staining all over

This little whimsy I found in PA and while nothing fancy I like how smoothly carved they are, and with a nice warm dry wood patina as well. 6 1 4 l x 1 3 16 w and in very good condition.
