Possibly depicting a day in creation, the work depicts a God like figure sat upon a large cloud surrounded by gilt stars and rays of light, pointing into the universe with a putto to each side. The work is housed in a later gilt frame. The enamel panel is in an excellent condition throughout. The later gilt frame has some knocks and losses but still displays
