The bodice has a vee neck that forms the wide straps in front. The midline part of the bra cups are trimmed with 4 rows of double ruffles. Below the bust, the dress is fitted to the torso with elasticized shirring all the way around. The full skirt has 3 tiers. SIZE: No size label. Bust and waist measurements given unstretched
