Le Carillon d’Angélus Grand Cru Saint-Émilion Bordeaux France 2015 BACK IN STOCK citrus & honeyThe 2015 Le Carillon d'Angelus is a blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a perfumed, marine tinged bouquet, the lifted cassis fruit tinged with seaweed. The palate is medium bodied with silky tannin, very well judged acidity and very harmonious. It is not a Carillon of enormous depth and therefore, it will drink 2 3 years after bottling, but it does have class and would probably show up many other Saint Emilion
